What materials are your jewelry made from?
All AURORELLA jewelry is crafted from premium stainless steel with long-lasting gold plating. It is hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and safe for sensitive skin.

Will the gold plating fade?
Our gold plating is designed for long-lasting wear. To maintain its shine, avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals.

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

Sizing

How do I find the right necklace length?
Most of our necklaces are 18 inches (45cm), which sits at the collarbone. Layering pieces are available in 16", 18", and 20" lengths.

Do your bracelets fit all wrist sizes?
Our stretch bracelets are designed to fit most wrist sizes comfortably.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
